1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Cluster Fund Expense Tracker application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of submitting and managing legitimate expense requests related to cluster activities. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Administrator Access

Access to the administrative portal is restricted to authorized individuals (ATC Secretaries and Treasurers). If you are an administrator, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information contained within the portal and to use your access solely for the purpose of fulfilling your role's responsibilities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the developers and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the application maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
